Dear Rising 6th Grade Students and Families,
The 6th grade team is looking forward to a productive 2019 - 2020 school year! Sixth grade is a milestone year. Students are expected to work hard, to achieve academically, and to meet deadlines. We will work with you and your child to ensure that every student can meet and exceed these expectations if they are focused on learning. It is important that students not just turn in the work, but that they demonstrate an understanding of course material and can apply that understanding to new learning. Here are some things that you should be aware of as you transition to 6th grade at Ray.
We hope that everyone has a nice summer (if the weather ever decides to cooperate) and comes back to school excited about the new learning opportunities that will be on offer in 6th grade. If you have any questions or concerns, the best way to reach Mr. Papczun is at [email protected] and Ms. Drewa at [email protected] . Sincerely, Mr. Papczun and Ms. Drewa 2019 – 2020 6th Grade School Supply List
