Congratulations to Jesse Alonzo for being nominated as Student of the Week! This month's character trait is Responsibility.
We had a very productive week. Students completed their novel activities for The Whipping Boy and the Pilot Light program coordinator came on Thursday to observe our food lesson. The students are making great progress on their multiplication facts. They should continue to study their facts each night as our mastery goal is 100% on all 100 facts in less than three minutes by the end of the year. In science, students built and tested dams to help prepare them for our engineering design projects which we will be beginning in class next week. In case there is no school next week, I have posted student assignments on google classroom (classroom.google.com). Your child has his/her email address, username, and password to access their account. Both the reading and math assignments should be completed in the child's corresponding notebook. The title for each assignment should appear at the top of their notebook page. Each assignment should be done on a different page. It is not necessary to print the assignment for students to complete them. Only complete assignments dated October 6 and October 7. Comments are closed.
