6th Grade: You will take Cornell Notes on the article Wind Driven Currents. Use the link in Google Classroom to go to the Ocean Currents page. Click on the image for Wind Driven Currents. Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to move to the next page. There are 5 pages in the article. Be sure to take notes on the full article for credit. Write your notes on loose leaf paper. Attach the Cornell Note-Taking Checklist (handed out in class on 1/10) to your completed notes and turn them in the class tray no later than Thursday, January 17th at the beginning of your class period. You may turn them in early.
5th Grade: Assignment is in READWORKS.ORG. Read "Rhubarb Grows in the Dark" and answer the 10 comprehension questions. Be sure to turn in your work in readworks when complete. Also, review your results. If you did not get a satisfactory result, let me know before end of day on Wednesday, so I can rest your assignment. Comments are closed.
